Welcome to Angela’s Biscochitos! By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Angela’s Biscochitos LLC is a New Mexico-based business dedicated to sharing homemade biscochitos inspired by family traditions and authentic New Mexico flavors.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, AngelasBiscochitosNM.com, and purchases made through Angela’s Biscochitos LLC.

We reserve the right to update these terms as necessary. Changes will become effective when posted on our website.

2. Products & Availability

Our biscochitos are made with care using traditional recipes and quality ingredients.

Products are subject to availability.
Product descriptions, photographs, packaging, and quantities are intended to represent our offerings accurately.
Because our products are homemade, slight variations in appearance, shape, size, and color may occur.
Seasonal flavors, specialty packaging, and limited-edition products may be available only for designated periods.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and additional charges will be displayed during checkout.
Full payment may be required before an order is processed.
Orders are subject to payment authorization and acceptance.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, with a refund of any payment collected.
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

Payments are processed through our designated payment providers. Angela’s Biscochitos does not intentionally store complete credit card information on its website.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Angela’s Biscochitos is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please inspect your package upon delivery and notify us promptly of damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because biscochitos are perishable food products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, whenever reasonably possible, with your order number, description of the issue, and photographs if available.

We will review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Cancellation requests should be submitted before production begins. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds required by applicable law will be honored regardless of these policies.

7. Local Pickup

For orders eligible for local pickup:

Customers will receive pickup details after their order is confirmed.
Orders should be collected within the designated pickup window.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to reschedule.
Unclaimed perishable orders may become ineligible for replacement or refund if they cannot safely be held.

Pickup availability and locations are subject to change.

8. Ingredients, Allergens & Food Safety

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, and nuts, depending on ingredients and shared preparation equipment.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before purchasing.

We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens unless specifically confirmed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available ingredient information and following any storage or handling instructions included with their orders.
