Angela’s Biscochitos began with something simple: a family recipe, a New Mexico kitchen, and a tradition worth sharing.
Named after Angela—the grandmother behind the recipe—our biscochitos are handmade with the same care and tradition that have brought family together for generations. What started as baking for the people closest to us has grown into a way to share a little piece of New Mexico with everyone.
Every batch is made with the homemade character a real biscochito should have: hand-formed shapes, cinnamon-sugar coating, and that unmistakable flavor that brings back memories of holidays, family gatherings, and home.
But Angela’s Biscochitos is about more than cookies.
It’s about carrying something forward.
Angela is passing down the recipe, techniques, and traditions behind her biscochitos so the next generation can continue what she started. As we grow from local orders and community events into online ordering, shipping, wholesale partnerships, and beyond, we want to grow without losing what made these biscochitos special in the first place.
No matter how far they travel, they’ll always have their roots right here in New Mexico.
